National Diabetes Prevention Program.  (Tuition)

Have you been diagnosed pre-diabetic?  Calvin has been selected by the Center for Disease Control to host the yearlong National Diabetes Prevention Program.  The DPP is so effective that if you are 65 years or older and follow this program, you have a 71% chance of never developing Type 2 Diabetes.    Dedicate an entire year to learning how a Type 2 Diabetes diet and exercise can change your outcome.  The program is supported by the Washington State Department of Health (who gave a grant of supplies, training and are a source of constant encouragement).  The program is underwritten by Mud Puddle Fitness, LLC.

This is a one year commitment.  Let's talk -- this could change your life!

Limited to 15 dedicated participants.
